Words From Our President.

Welcome to Mount Vista! We're so glad you're here. What does it mean to live in a neighborhood with a homeowners’ association? Well, it's all about getting involved and getting to know our neighbors. And we've got lots of ways for you to do that: attend our monthly Board meetings, join a committee, volunteer, or even get elected to the Board.

As a community, we believe in getting involved, getting to know our neighbors, and preserving the upscale, friendly feel that draws people to our unique community. Living in a neighborhood with a homeowners’ association means that there are rules and regulations all neighbors adhere to, but we also believe in being proactive about making our neighborhood a safe, fun, and inviting place for all. There are monthly Board meetings that all neighbors are invited and encouraged to attend to learn about what's going on with our community, as well as provide input on how to make it better. We hope that you'll consider attending one of our upcoming meetings so that you can be an active part of what makes our neighborhood special.

We'd love to see you at one of our upcoming meetings or events. We send out regular emails with details on how you can volunteer and join in. In the meantime, check out our website for more information about what we do and how you can get involved!
